The Daytona Beach Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (DBACVB) is a not-for-profit organization, through which public and private sectors have unified to market the area known as the Halifax or Daytona Beach area as a desirable destination for business and vacation travelers. The Daytona Beach Area is a geographic marketing region that encompasses the following areas: Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, Holly Hill, Ormond Beach, Ponce Inlet, Port Orange, and South Daytona. The CVB is responsible for the advertising and promotion of the Daytona Beach Area as a tourism destination. The CVB works with area tourism and hospitality-related businesses, non-profit organizations, and event promoters to represent the area to potential travelers, tour operators, travel agents, meeting planners, and the travel media.
